The Dialog Studio tenant improvement project involved the renovation of a 30,000 square foot space within the historic Revillon Building located on 104th Street in downtown Edmonton. The project was completed in June of 2013 and required careful and precise mechanical installations given the open ceiling studio concept and the demanding architectural requirements.
The mechanical scope included complete new HVAC equipment, distribution, and BMS controls, a complete new fire protection sprinkler system, and installation of new main floor washrooms and basement locker rooms.
