Priority Mechanical was the prime mechanical contractor, working with Clark Builders on the IPD construction of the new Dr. Anne Anderson High School in southwest Edmonton. The project involved intense collaboration with the client, consultants, and trades using the Integrated Project Delivery process.

The mechanical scope involved installation of a high efficient boiler plant, a high efficient chilled water plant, hydronic air handling equipment, extensive plumbing and HVAC distribution systems, fire protection sprinklers, and BMS controls. The building was designed and constructed as a 21st century learning environment containing classrooms, offices, a school gymnasium with an elevated running track, a public gymnasium, a master chef kitchen, and open mixer spaces.
