Priority Mechanical was the prime mechanical contractor for the renovation and addition to the exclusive Royal Glenora Club located in Edmonton's river valley. The project involved construction of new locker rooms, kitchen areas, lounge and dining rooms, and administration office areas. The mechanical scope included new HVAC systems, fire protection systems, plumbing infrastructure, a hydronic heating plant, and BMS controls, which required careful coordination to support the various turnover phases of the project and minimize disruption to the members in the active facility.
