Priority Mechanical was the prime mechanical contractor, working with Clark Builders on the renewal and construction of the Stanley Milner Library in the heart of downtown Edmonton. The new expansion and envelope required several major infrastructure upgrades to the mechanical systems, which included new air handling units, four pipe fan coils, chillers, cooling towers, plumbing fixtures, HVAC distribution, fire protection sprinkler systems, and BMS controls.
